I graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where my training helped me cultivate a treatment style that is slow, intentional, and deeply restorative. I’m committed to creating a space where each patient feels listened to, supported, and cared for. Every session is tailored to individual goals, comfort levels, and therapeutic needs.
My approach is rooted in patient-centred care. I incorporate a range of modalities—including Swedish techniques, dynamic release, pin-and-stretch, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular work, and myofascial techniques—to create treatments that are both effective and grounding. I also provide personalized homecare to help patients continue their progress between visits.
I have a special interest in supporting women and their families through the prenatal and postpartum seasons. Offering nurturing, intentional care during these transitions is deeply meaningful to me, and I strive to help fill some of the gaps in postpartum recovery.
Outside the clinic, I’m happiest spending time with my husband, our two young kids, and our Aussie Doodle. I love being outdoors—hiking, camping, cycling, fishing, or simply enjoying a long walk. I also enjoy baking, weightlifting, going to bed early, and waking up before the kids so I can savour my first coffee with a book and my journal.
