Nedra graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, where her academic training and clinic internship helped her discover her natural gravitation toward treatments that are slow, intentional, and deeply restorative. She is committed to truly listening to her patients and tailoring each treatment to their individual goals, comfort levels, and therapeutic needs.
Nedra’s practice is grounded in patient-centred care. She aims to create a safe, welcoming environment where she can partner with patients and support them throughout their wellness journey. Her treatments incorporate a range of modalities, including general Swedish techniques, dynamic release, pin-and-stretch, trigger point release, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial techniques. She ensures that each session is complemented with a personalized homecare plan to help patients maintain and build on the progress achieved together.
She has a particular passion for pre-natal and post-natal massage. Supporting women through pregnancy and, especially, during the postpartum period is deeply meaningful to her. Nedra strives to help fill the gaps in postpartum recovery and to offer mothers a space of nurturing, intentional care.
When Nedra is not in the clinic, you can usually find her spending time with her husband, their two young kids, and their Aussie Doodle. She loves being outdoors, hiking, camping, cycling, fishing, or simply enjoying a long walk. She also enjoys baking, weightlifting, going to bed early, and waking up before her kids so she can savour her first cup of coffee while reading and journaling.
